The short answer
Bitget's official guide caps the fee rebate an inviter can give an invitee at 20%, set separately for spot and futures. On pages claiming 40%, 50% or 60%, the part above 20% is not Bitget's rate for invitees; of 36 pages I checked, none showed proof. Bitget's sign-up page doesn't show the rate, so the most direct proof is the inviter's dashboard: this site's code is 20% on futures and spot.
Suits
- People who haven't signed up for Bitget yet and want to check an invitation code's rate first
- People who have seen 40%, 50% or 60% Bitget invitation codes and aren't sure whether to trust them
Doesn't suit
- People who have already signed up for Bitget: the exchange has no public way to add an invitation code afterward
- People living in Bitget's prohibited regions, such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, the US, Canada, France and Germany
What would change this verdict
- Bitget changes the cap on the rate inviters can set
- Bitget's sign-up page starts showing an invitation code's rate
- The fee rebate rate on this site's invitation code changes (the invitation box is synced daily)
Disclosure: this page contains exchange invitation links and codes. If you sign up through them, the exchange may pay Jason Finance a referral commission. It does not raise the fees you pay; the invitation fee rebate is set by the exchange. Our ratings follow the published methodology, where the invitation rebate counts only toward the fees item.
Sign-up screenshot

The image above is the settings screen for this site’s invitation code JASONFIN in the Bitget affiliate portal (in Chinese). For “直客” (direct referrals), meaning people who sign up with this code, both “期貨” (futures) and “現貨” (spot) are set to 20%, exactly the cap in Bitget’s official guide. The screenshot comes from this site’s daily-synced invitation code data and matches the rate in the invitation box below.
Bitget’s sign-up page does not show an invitation code’s rate, so readers have no way to check the 40%, 50% or 60% claims online before they sign up. On 3 November 2026 I checked 36 pages listing Bitget invitation codes (Bitget calls them referral codes): 9 claimed more than 20%, and none showed proof of Bitget officially displaying that rate. The most any of them offered was a screenshot of the invitation code field. This article covers Bitget’s official rules, what my check found, the actual conditions of the welcome pack, and the sign-up steps.
This article is a summary of information, not investment advice. The rules come from Bitget Academy, Bitget’s help center and its terms of use, and the check results are the pages as I saw them on 3 November 2026. Bitget changes its rules and pages, so go by the page as it is when you sign up. In September 2026 about US$388 million was stolen from Bitget’s hot wallet and withdrawals were paused until 2 October; the story is in the “Bitget review”. This site does not name other websites, and does not give advice on futures or leveraged trading.
What a Bitget invitation code gets you: a fee rebate of up to 20%
Bitget Academy’s “【WEB】How to create a referral code/link on the affiliate portal?” (17 June 2025) says:
Note: The maximum rebate percentage you can offer to direct referrals is 20%.
The Traditional Chinese version of the same guide says that when inviters create a code, they can “configure the rebate ratio for each type of trade in detail”, so the spot and futures rates are set separately and the same code may give different rates on each. A newer English guide dated 19 May 2026, “How to Create a Referral Code or Link on the Bitget Affiliate Portal?”, drops the 20% figure and says instead: “The maximum rebate percentage may vary by account and product type. Please refer to the rate shown on your affiliate portal before submitting.” I found no announcement raising the cap, and no invitation code online could show official proof of a rate above 20%.
This site’s invitation code currently gives 20% on both futures and spot (see the screenshot at the top), and the rate comes from the data synced daily to the invitation box below.
How the rebate is paid: refunded to the spot account within a day of the trade. Bitget’s official pages don’t explain how the invitee’s rebate is paid, and the accounts online contradict each other. In my own account’s records, the full fee is charged when you trade, and within a day 20% of it is refunded in USDT to the spot account. My trade that time was a futures trade, and the refund still went to the spot account. My app was set to Traditional Chinese: its “財務紀錄” (financial records) showed an entry “其他 - 返佣獎勵” (Other - rebate reward; “rebate” is the word Bitget’s interface uses, and it means the fee refunded to you):
My Bitget app’s financial records (app in Traditional Chinese): the fee refunded after a futures trade, type “其他 - 返佣獎勵” (Other - rebate reward), credited to the spot account (red boxes added by this site). Screenshot from 4 November 2026
Don’t confuse it with Bitget’s other “rebate” programs: in Bitget’s “Referral Program” for regular users (23 January 2025), invitees get BGB airdrops and Mystery Box tasks, not an ongoing fee rebate, and the tasks must be completed within 15 days. The “25%” seen online mostly comes from a 2024 campaign for top inviters (卓越邀請人), which has ended.
I checked 36 pages listing Bitget invitation codes
On 3 November 2026 I searched for terms such as “Bitget 邀請碼” (Bitget invitation code), “Bitget 推薦碼” (Bitget referral code), “Bitget 返佣 2026” and “Bitget referral code”, collected 36 pages that listed Bitget invitation codes (in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English), then opened each page’s sign-up link to see what Bitget’s page showed:
| What the page claimed | Pages | Proof of the rate shown by Bitget |
|---|---|---|
| More than 20% (40%, 50%, “up to 50% on futures”, “60% futures, 50% spot”) | 9 | 0 pages |
| 20% (most said “permanent”, “lifetime” or “the highest anywhere”) | 24 | 0 pages |
| 10% | 2 | 0 pages |
| No rate given | 1 | — |
A few patterns:
- No page could show proof of its rate. Where pages included images, the most they showed was a screenshot of the invitation code field, which only proves the code was entered and says nothing about the rate.
- The sign-up page doesn’t show the rate. When I opened these pages’ sign-up links, Bitget’s page showed only a pre-filled invitation code field and no rate at all. Typing the code in by hand made no difference.
- The same code, different rates on different pages: one invitation code was listed at 20% on two pages and at “60% futures, 50% spot” on another.
- The code in the article and the code in the link don’t match: on 2 pages, the text gave one invitation code while the sign-up link carried another. When you sign up, check what is actually in the invitation code field.
- For the pages claiming 60%, Bitget’s page showed only a headline the inviter wrote and a line saying “adjust your rate within one day”, with no rate displayed by Bitget’s system.
- 1 page also promised that the website itself would pay 20 USDT after a deposit. That doesn’t come from Bitget; whether and how it is paid is a question for that website.
- A few pages tell readers to “close the account and sign up again” to switch invitation codes. Bitget’s terms of use allow only one account per person, so the risk of doing this is yours.
My view: Bitget’s rate shows only in the inviter’s dashboard, and readers can’t see it on the sign-up page, so nobody can check whatever number is written. In that situation, asking the inviter for a screenshot of the dashboard settings is the most direct way to confirm it. That is why this site puts its screenshot at the top.

Check a Bitget invitation code before signing up: two checks
Check 1: ask for a dashboard screenshot and look at the direct referral rate
Bitget’s rates are set in the affiliate portal, where the screen has two columns, futures and spot, each with a rate for direct referrals (“直客” in the Chinese interface; the screenshot at the top shows this screen). When you see a 40% or 50% claim, ask for a screenshot of this screen:
- The direct referral rate is the rate you get, and it is 20% at most.
- Check futures and spot separately: the same code may differ between the two.
- The invitation code in the screenshot must match the one you enter.
Check 2: who pays anything above 20%, and how
Bitget’s official cap is 20%. When someone advertises more, get clear answers to the following. If they can’t answer, assume there is nothing:
- Who pays: a company name or a responsible person, not a nickname.
- How it is calculated and when it is paid: on what basis, how often, and where it is paid to.
- Written rules: whether there is a public terms page, rather than “message me on LINE”.
- Evidence: a screenshot of the settings in Bitget’s dashboard, or records of actual payouts.
The 6,200 USDT welcome pack: the top tier needs 80 million USDT of futures trading in 7 days
Bitget’s sign-up page, in Traditional Chinese, says 「領取您的 6,200 USDT 新人禮包」 (“Claim your 6,200 USDT welcome pack”). The rules in Bitget’s “Bitget Rewards Center” (23 January 2025): “Within 7 days of registration, users can deposit and trade to earn up to 6,000 USDT in challenge rewards.” After the promotion there is “a 3-day monitoring period”, after which “users have two days to manually claim their rewards in the Rewards Center. Rewards that are not claimed within this time will expire.” Rewards go to the Coupons Center and “cannot be transferred”; sub-accounts, institutional accounts and API traders are not eligible.
The thresholds for the deposit and trading challenge shown in the Rewards Center on 3 November 2026 (within 7 days; all three must be met):
| Reward | Net deposit | Spot trading volume | Futures trading volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 USDT | 1,000 USDT | 100 USDT | 300,000 USDT |
| 400 USDT | 20,000 USDT | 10,000 USDT | 2 million USDT |
| 6,000 USDT | 100,000 USDT | 100,000 USDT | 80 million USDT |
The other 200 USDT is a BTC futures position trial voucher for checking in 3 days in a row. So 6,200 = the 6,000 top tier plus the 200 trial voucher, and the top tier requires 80 million USDT of futures trading volume within 7 days. The page also states that a VIP trial card cannot be combined with this promotion’s rewards. The tasks shown may differ by region, so go by what you see after logging in. For most people, what is useful over the long run is the fee rebate, not this headline cap.
Signing up for Bitget with an invitation code: steps
- Open the sign-up page from the invitation link, and check that the invitation code field is already filled in with the code you want to use. Bitget’s official “How to Register a Bitget Account?” says “Enter a referral code (optional)”. If it isn’t filled in automatically, type it yourself, matching upper and lower case.
- Enter your email or phone number and click “Next”, then set a password and complete verification as shown on screen.
- Complete identity verification: every Bitget user must complete identity verification to use the full service; see the “Bitget review”.
- Check the day after you trade: in the app’s “財務紀錄” (financial records), look for an entry “其他 - 返佣獎勵” (Other - rebate reward; see the screenshot above).
Where you can’t sign up
The Prohibited Countries listed in Bitget’s Terms of Use (updated 20 October 2026) include Austria, Belarus, Canada, Cuba, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iran, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, North Korea, Russia, Singapore, Sudan, the United States, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Afghanistan, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Lebanon, Somalia, South Sudan, Thailand, Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia in Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates. The terms also say you must not use a VPN to get around these restrictions.
Already signed up without an invitation code?
The Bitget exchange has no public way to add or change an invitation code after sign-up, nor any rule for rebinding long-inactive accounts. The claim online that “you can bind one within 7 days” is a rule of the Bitget Wallet, not the exchange. Whether other exchanges let you add a code after sign-up, and for how long, is covered in “Adding a referral code after sign-up”.
If family members or friends were already planning to open a Bitget account, they can sign up in their own name with this site’s invitation code, for their own use, and get a 20% fee rebate. Please don’t open an account under someone else’s identity for your own use: Bitget’s terms of use allow only one account per person.
If you have already signed up, the only ways left to lower your fees are VIP levels and the BGB fee offset (spot only), covered in “Bitget fees”.
How much a 20% fee rebate saves
Based on Bitget’s regular user fees: spot 0.1% for both maker and taker, futures 0.02% maker and 0.06% taker (“Bitget Trading Fees FAQ”, 20 August 2026).
| Case | Fee | 20% refunded | What you pay |
|---|---|---|---|
| A 1,000 USDT spot trade | 1 USDT | 0.2 USDT | 0.8 USDT |
| A 10,000 USDT futures trade (contract value, taker) | 6 USDT | 1.2 USDT | 4.8 USDT |
| 10,000 USDT of spot a month, for a year | 120 USDT | 24 USDT | 96 USDT |
The BGB fee offset applies only to spot, and Bitget says to go by its fee page for the current discount. Bitget’s VIP thresholds and rates are covered in the “Bitget review”; for comparisons with other exchanges, see “OKX vs Bitget” and “Bitget vs Bybit”.
Bitget is an international exchange. The invitation code, link and rate in the box below come from data synced daily. Sign up with this site’s invitation code and you get a 20% trading fee rebate, the same for futures and spot:
This site’s invitation code is not for UK or Hong Kong residents. Please follow the laws where you live. How fee rebates work at each exchange is in “Crypto exchange fee rebates”.
FAQ
What is the maximum fee rebate with a Bitget referral code?
20%. Bitget Academy's "How to create a referral code/link on the affiliate portal?" (17 June 2025) says: "Note: The maximum rebate percentage you can offer to direct referrals is 20%." The inviter sets the rate, separately for spot and futures.
Are the 50% and 60% Bitget referral codes online real?
On 3 November 2026 I checked 36 pages: 9 claimed more than 20% (40%, 50% or 60%), and none could show proof of Bitget officially displaying that rate. Bitget's official guide says the cap is 20%, so any number above it is not a rate Bitget gives invitees.
How can I tell what fee rebate a Bitget referral code gives?
Bitget's regular sign-up page does not show an invitation code's rate, so you can't check it yourself on Bitget's pages before signing up. A more reliable way is to ask the inviter for a screenshot of the code's settings in the Bitget affiliate portal and look at the direct referral rate ("直客" in the Chinese interface). The dashboard screenshot for this site's invitation code is at the top of the article.
When is the Bitget referral code fee rebate paid back?
Bitget does not say officially. In my own account's records, the full fee is charged when you trade, and within a day 20% of it is refunded in USDT to the spot account, futures trades included; the app's "財務紀錄" (financial records) shows it as "其他 - 返佣獎勵" (Other - rebate reward).
Can I add a Bitget referral code after signing up?
The Bitget exchange has no public way to add or change an invitation code after sign-up. The claim online that you can bind one within 7 days is a rule of the Bitget Wallet, not the exchange. Enter the invitation code when you sign up.
Can you actually get Bitget's 6,200 USDT welcome pack?
That is the top tier's amount. As the Rewards Center showed on 3 November 2026, the top tier requires, within 7 days of sign-up, a net deposit of 100,000 USDT, 100,000 USDT of spot trading and 80 million USDT of futures trading. Rewards must be claimed manually within 2 days after a 3-day monitoring period, go to the Coupons Center and cannot be transferred.
