Disclosure: this page contains exchange invitation links and codes. If you sign up through them, the exchange may pay Jason Finance a referral commission. It does not raise the fees you pay; the invitation fee rebate is set by the exchange. Our ratings follow the published methodology, where the invitation rebate counts only toward the fees item.

Ourbit’s fees come down to three things: spot, USDT perpetual futures and withdrawals. This article puts together the official fee page, VIP page and public API data as of 22 October 2026, then works out what a 1,000 USDT trade actually costs.

The short answer: regular Ourbit users pay 0% maker and 0% taker on spot, and 0.02% maker and 0.04% taker on USDT perpetual futures. VIP levels only change futures fees, and 10,000 USDT in total assets or 1 million USDT in 30-day futures volume gets you VIP 1. The OUR platform token can lower futures fees; spot has nothing to discount. Deposits are free, and USDT withdrawals cost between 0.01 and 1.7 USDT depending on the network.

This article is a summary of information, not investment advice. The fees are the figures I took from Ourbit’s official pages and public API on 22 October 2026. Trading and withdrawal fees can change, so check Ourbit’s current pages before you trade. I will add screenshots of the fees and the fee rebate I see in my Ourbit account to this article later. This site does not give advice on futures or leveraged trading; futures fees are listed only so readers can compare costs.

Ourbit fees at a glance: 0% spot, 0.02%/0.04% perpetual futures

Regular-user fees shown on Ourbit’s official fee page when logged out on 22 October 2026:

Trade type Maker Taker
Spot 0% 0%
USDT perpetual futures 0.02% 0.04%
  • A maker order sits on the order book until someone else fills it; a taker order fills right away against an existing order. On Ourbit spot both are 0%, so a Post-only order changes nothing; on futures the maker fee is half the taker fee. When a limit order turns into a taker order: “A limit order is not always a maker order”.
  • The fee page also says the fee for 12 pairs, including BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT, XRP/USDT, DOGE/USDT and TON/USDT, “will remain at 0”.
  • For regular-user fees at other international exchanges, see the “international crypto exchange fee comparison”.

A few futures contracts and special pairs have different fees

Ourbit’s public futures API listed 1,327 USDT-margined contracts on 22 October 2026: 1,318 at 0.02% maker and 0.04% taker, 6 at 0.02% maker and 0.05% taker, and 3 with zero fees. The fee page also has a “Special Trading Pairs” section saying some pairs have different fees from regular pairs. Check the actual fee for a pair before you place an order.

Convert: only for small balances

I found no general Convert product on Ourbit’s website, only the “convert small balances to USDT” feature on the assets page: each asset must be worth less than a set amount, it can be used a limited number of times every 24 hours, and the page shows an estimated fee when you convert. Ourbit does not publish a fee rate for it.

Ourbit VIP levels only change futures fees

Ourbit VIP levels depend on two conditions, and meeting either one is enough: total assets or 30-day futures volume. Thresholds and futures fees on the VIP page on 22 October 2026:

Level Total assets 30-day futures volume Futures maker Futures taker
VIP 0 0 0 0.020% 0.040%
VIP 1 10,000 USDT 1 million USDT 0.015% 0.035%
VIP 2 50,000 USDT 5 million USDT 0.010% 0.030%
VIP 3 100,000 USDT 10 million USDT 0.010% 0.020%
Supreme VIP 200,000 USDT 20 million USDT 0.010% 0.010%
  • The VIP table only covers futures: spot is 0% for everyone, so a higher VIP level cannot lower it further.
  • Futures volume excludes USDC/USDT pairs and stablecoins.
  • The VIP page notes that fees may vary by region; your actual trade records are what count.
  • The asset threshold is the easiest one for most users to reach: 10,000 USDT in total assets makes you VIP 1, and the futures taker fee drops from 0.04% to 0.035%.

How often VIP levels update and how downgrades work

According to the rules on the VIP page:

  • Ourbit takes a snapshot of your total assets during the previous day, from 00:00 to 24:00 (UTC+8), and updates VIP levels every day between 00:00 and 08:00 (UTC+8). Updates may be delayed when there is a lot of data.
  • During the retention period after a level takes effect, you will not be downgraded, and you are upgraded automatically if you meet a higher level’s conditions. After that you are re-evaluated and downgraded automatically if you no longer meet your current level; the downgrade period is 5 days for VIP 1, 10 days for VIP 2, 15 days for VIP 3 and 20 days for Supreme VIP.

The VIP page also offers a “VIP Experience Upgrade”: people who are already VIP at exchanges such as Binance, OKX, Bybit, BingX, KuCoin or Bitget, or whose assets or trading volume over the past 30 days qualify, can upload proof and, once approved, get 30 days of Ourbit VIP access.

OUR platform token discounts apply to futures only

Ourbit’s platform token is OUR. According to the official fee page on 22 October 2026, OUR can lower futures fees in two ways:

Method How to turn it on How it works
OUR Deduction Moving OUR from your spot account to your futures account turns it on USDT-margined futures fees are paid in OUR at a discount; it turns off when your OUR runs out
OUR spot holdings Hold a set amount of OUR in your spot account for a set number of days Futures fees are discounted directly, starting at 00:00 (UTC+8) the day after you qualify
  • The two cannot be combined; if you qualify for both, the OUR spot holdings discount takes priority.
  • Holdings are measured by three random snapshots a day, using the smallest of the three; holdings below 10 OUR show as 0. Main accounts and sub-accounts are counted separately.
  • When you turn OUR Deduction off, the system moves all the OUR in your futures account back to your spot account.
  • The discount rate, holding amount and number of days are only shown after you log in; the logged-out fee page gives no numbers. I will add them after confirming with screenshots from my account.

Spot fees are already 0%, so OUR discounts do nothing for someone who only trades spot. Buying a platform token for a fee discount also means taking on the token’s own price swings; how to weigh that: “Are platform token fee rebates worth it?”.

USDT deposit and withdrawal fees

According to the “Deposit & Withdrawal Fee Rates” section of the official fee page, Ourbit does not charge deposit fees. Each withdrawal costs a fixed network fee, whatever the amount. USDT in Ourbit’s official withdrawal fee data on 22 October 2026:

Network Withdrawal fee Minimum withdrawal
BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) 0.01 USDT 10 USDT
Plasma 0.012 USDT 10 USDT
opBNB 0.02 USDT 10 USDT
Aptos 0.03 USDT 10 USDT
Optimism 0.04 USDT 5 USDT
Avalanche C-Chain 0.1 USDT 5 USDT
Polygon 0.1 USDT 5 USDT
TON 0.15 USDT 10 USDT
Arbitrum One 0.17 USDT 1 USDT
Solana 1 USDT 20 USDT
Tron (TRC20) 1.5 USDT 10 USDT
Ethereum (ERC20) 1.7 USDT 10 USDT
  • These withdrawal fees are a snapshot from that day and change with network conditions. For example, ERC20 was 0.3 USDT in the 9 October data cited in the “Ourbit review” and 1.7 USDT on 22 October. Go by what the withdrawal page shows.
  • The official data does not list a minimum USDT deposit; go by the deposit page.
  • The sender and the recipient must use the same network, and funds sent on the wrong chain may not be recoverable. How to choose: “How to choose a USDT withdrawal network”.

What a 1,000 USDT trade costs

The table uses regular-user fees and a trade size of 1,000 USDT (for futures, the value of the position traded, not the margin), and shows the amount after a 50% trading fee rebate. The fee rebate lowers your own fees: effective rate = official rate × (1 − 50%).

Trade Official rate Fee Rate after 50% rebate Fee after rebate
Spot taker (market order) 0% 0 USDT 0% 0 USDT
Spot maker (resting order filled) 0% 0 USDT 0% 0 USDT
Perpetual futures taker 0.04% 0.4 USDT 0.02% 0.2 USDT
Perpetual futures maker 0.02% 0.2 USDT 0.01% 0.1 USDT
  • Spot is already 0%, so the rebate changes nothing on spot; it only applies to trades that carry a fee.
  • Only trading fees are counted here. Large market orders also have slippage, and futures have funding rates; neither is in the table. Ourbit is a small exchange, and when order book depth is thin, slippage can cost more than the fee.

How the rebate is paid and how it combines with VIP fees

The rules on Ourbit’s referral page say that for users who signed up with an invitation code, the amount from their spot and futures trades is not taken off at the time of the trade but credited to the account afterward, and can be checked in the records on the referral page. For timing, the page points to its own distribution rules: around 08:00 (UTC+8) the day after trading for spot and around 09:00 for futures, with possible delays. I found no official explanation of how it combines with VIP fees or OUR discounts, so the table above does not stack them; I will confirm how it shows up in the account records later with screenshots from my account. How the rebate is calculated and how to check it applies: “What is a crypto exchange fee rebate?”.

The Ourbit invitation code fee rebate

Ourbit is an international exchange (for Chinese-speaking users worldwide). The Ourbit invitation code on this site currently gets a 50% trading fee rebate, the same for futures and spot. The rate, the invitation code and the sign-up screenshot come from the data that feeds the invitation box.

Fees are only the trading cost. Ourbit has no licence I could find, the UK FCA has issued a warning about it, and its proof of reserves has no third-party verification; all of this is covered in the “Ourbit review”. It is worth reading before you sign up, and check that where you live is not on the excluded list in its terms of service.

FAQ

What are Ourbit's trading fees?

On Ourbit's official fee page, checked on 22 October 2026, regular users pay 0% maker and 0% taker on spot, and 0.02% maker and 0.04% taker on USDT perpetual futures. Buying 1,000 USDT of spot with a market order costs 0 USDT in fees.

What do I need for Ourbit VIP 1?

Either 10,000 USDT in total assets or 1 million USDT in 30-day futures volume. VIP 1 pays 0.015% maker and 0.035% taker on futures; spot is already 0%, so VIP levels only change futures fees.

Can Ourbit's OUR token lower my fees?

Yes, but only on futures. The official fee page lists two ways: move OUR into your futures account and pay USDT-margined futures fees with it, or hold a set amount of OUR in your spot account for a set number of days. The two cannot be combined, and the discount rate and holding requirements are only shown after you log in.

How much does Ourbit charge to withdraw USDT?

On the official fee page on 22 October 2026: BEP20 0.01 USDT, TON 0.15 USDT, Arbitrum One 0.17 USDT, Solana 1 USDT, TRC20 1.5 USDT and ERC20 1.7 USDT. Deposits are free; withdrawal fees change with network conditions, so go by the withdrawal page.

How much lower are my fees if I sign up to Ourbit with an invitation code?

The Ourbit invitation code on this site gets a 50% trading fee rebate, the same for futures and spot. Spot is already 0%, so in practice the rebate applies to futures: the 0.04% perpetual futures taker fee becomes 0.02%. The rebate lowers your own fees; go by the rate shown in the invitation box and on the sign-up page.
